O earthen comet,
history made visible and witness
of tomorrow’s wonder,
Breathe with me, be at ease
here, at ease here…let
feeling enfold you and take on
your tears of knowing
the weight and the grace
of this journey’s fullness.

O streak of stardust and love,
let silence soften the edges around you,
leaving room for stories
to settle, to listen, to be;
leaving space for wonders yet unknown.
