There is a program coming up at Barat Spirituality Centre. It was promoted on CBC radio last evening by the speaker who is giving the talk and my inbox has been pinging non stop since dinner last evening! The New York Times headlines have also been popping up one after another with the latest unfortunate happenings in the United States. It’s also decided to storm again and some version of snow, sleet, and ice has been showering down outside since mid-afternoon.

As I whittled away at the pages of emails and other to-dos on the list, I put on music. Today’s choice…The artist Pretty Yende singing opera. At some moment, I began to consider the why of that particular choice at this particular moment. I paired the fruit of that musing with a photo I took while praying this morning…a photo I took the moment prayer became Whooooaaaaaa…and that felt like enough.
